The most delicious Hot Dogs on the lower shore are back. Dogs by the Bay is open Thursday through Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. (weather permitting). Stop by for a delicious Sabrett’s Hot Dog, Cold Drinks and Snacks. They will be located at the Cape Charles Beach (near the Pavilion).
