  1. Which takes us to this stupid and ignorant comment from DEMOCRAT and BIDEN ELECTOR Kathy Hochul, the “first woman governor” of the corrupt state of New York who only became governor after her boss and fellow DEMOCRAT BIDEN ELECTOR Andy Cuomo had to resign because he got a bit too touchy-feely with the women in his administration, because she never would have gotten there on her own, not because she is a woman, but because she is stupid, to wit:

“Those who have done the right thing don’t want to be with people who are not vaccinated.”

“… They’re entitled to a safe workplace as well.”

    end quotes

Those who have done “the right thing?”

    HUH?

And what is the “right thing,” then, pray tell?

Being a good sheep and doing what the shepherd says to do, unless you want him or her to set their dogs on you?

What’s with this crap of these DEMOCRATS telling us what the “right thing” to do, as if we were their subjects?

And these people who have done “the right thing”

And those people who have done the “right thing” don’t want to be with people who are not vaccinated, because they’re entitled to a safe workplace as well?

    Hmmmmm.

I see, yes, I think I really do!

But I thought they got vaccinated so they would be safe, period, wherever they were and regardless of who was around them!

Wasn’t that the purpose of those people getting vaccinated, so they wouldn’t be a threat to their fellow workers?

Didn’t they get vaccinated to make their own personal workspace “safe?”

So tell us, Kathy, how are the unvaccinated any kind of threat to the vaccinated?

Something is not making any sense here.

Which takes us to an Albany, New York Times Union article entitled “Judge postpones vaccine mandate for court workers – CSEA filed petition seeking restraining order; hearing set for Oct. 1” by Brendan J. Lyons on September 24, 2021, as follows:

ALBANY — A judge on Friday postponed the effective date of a vaccination mandate imposed earlier this month by the state Office of Court Administration that was challenged by the Civil Service Employees Association, the state’s largest public workers union.

In a decision issued Friday by state Supreme Court Justice Christina Ryba, the state’s Unified Court System is “enjoined and restrained from implementing” the mandate on roughly 5,600 CSEA-represented employees before an Oct. 1 hearing.

Ryba’s seven-page order states there is “reasonable cause to believe that (the state’s) unilateral imposition of the mandatory vaccination requirement is an improper practice that violates Civil Service Law” and “potentially implicates a variety of terms and conditions of employment requiring mandatory negotiation, including but not necessarily limited to possible discipline and termination for noncompliance.”

Thousands of nurses and other medical professionals have declined to be vaccinated; Hochul on Thursday said that nearly 15 percent of the state’s health care workers were not vaccinated.

In the case filed on behalf of the Buffalo-area medical professionals, they asserted that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration earlier this month reported a “1,000 percent increase” in adverse reactions to coronavirus vaccines at a meeting where it recommended against requiring booster shots for people younger than 65.

That petition also states the mandate does not provide exemptions for religious beliefs or for those “that were previously infected with COVID-19 and who have natural immunity.”

Natural immunity “is at least as effective as vaccination at preventing future COVID-19 infections,” the petition states, adding that a person who gets vaccinated to keep their job but suffers an adverse reaction “will be without any legal recourse for any such injuries or damages they suffer as a result of vaccination.”

    end quotes

    So says the science, anyway!
