EASTVILLE, Va. — Northampton County is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide solid waste collection and transportation services across the county, according to a newly issued Request for Proposals (RFP).
County officials announced that sealed proposals must be submitted to the Northampton County Administrator’s Office no later than 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
Proposal Details
Interested contractors are invited to submit bids outlining their approach to collecting and transporting solid waste generated throughout Northampton County. The selected contractor will play a key role in maintaining public health standards and ensuring reliable waste services for residents and businesses.
