Director of the Office of Trade and Manufacturing Policy Peter Navarro published a report Thursday showing examples of voting irregularities that are “more than sufficient” to swing the outcome of the election in President Trump’s favor.
The 36-page report “assesses the fairness and integrity of the 2020 Presidential Election by examining six dimensions of alleged election irregularities across six key battleground states” and concludes that “patterns of election irregularities … are so consistent across the six battleground states that they suggest a coordinated strategy to, if not steal the election, strategically game the election process in such a way as to … unfairly tilt the playing field in favor of the Biden-Harris ticket.”
Voting irregularities in the report include outright voter fraud, ballot mishandling, contestable process fouls, equal protection clause violations, voting machine irregularities, and significant statistical anomalies.
“Evidence used to conduct this assessment includes more than 50 lawsuits and judicial rulings, thousands of affidavits and declarations, testimony in a variety of state venues, published analyses by think tanks and legal centers, videos and photos, public comments, and extensive press coverage,” the report claims.
The report also offers affidavits alleging the exploitation of the elderly and the infirm by “effectively hijacking their identities and votes”.
The report points the finger at Democrats in key jurisdictions for using the coronavirus pandemic as a reason to relax voter ID requirements. This allowed for ease of ballot harvesting and fraud, much of which could easily go unnoticed.
Paul Plante says
The statement that the report points the finger at Democrats in key jurisdictions for using the coronavirus pandemic as a reason to relax voter ID requirements takes us back to a POLITICO article entitled “Here’s every law and regulation Cuomo had suspended during coronavirus crisis” by Bill Mahoney on 03/19/2020, which article started out as follows:
ALBANY — When Gov. Andrew Cuomo declared a state of emergency in response to the coronavirus crisis on March 7, he gained extraordinary powers over the everyday lives of the state’s 19.5 million residents.
Thanks in part to a statutory change which the Legislature approved at the beginning of March, Cuomo’s declaration means he can change or suspend laws unilaterally, so long as doing so assists the state in its disaster response.

What happened there is that despite having no constitutional authority to do, the rubber-stamp NYS legislature, as if it were the senate of Rome, made Andy Cuomo into a virtual dictator as if this were Rome and he were Titus Lartius Flavus or Marcus Furius Camillus or Titus Manlius Torquatus, and he then used his power as a dictator in the mold envisioned by Karl Marx and Freddie Engels, to do the following:
ELECTIONS
— Petitioning requirements for candidates seeking office this year have been slashed to 30 percent of what they normally would be.
So rather than the 1,250 signatures usually required of congressional candidates, for example, the new minimum will be 375.
— For the rest of March, voters will be allowed to cast absentee ballots by mail for any reason.
The state constitution restricts absentee voting to instances when an individual is ill or out of the county in which they live, but “the potential for contraction of the COVID-19 virus” has been labeled a type of illness.
— Individuals who do not work for boards of elections are now allowed to help residents of nursing homes fill out absentee ballots.

Those latter two opened up our elections to fraud, and there is no way to audit those absentee ballots, nor is there a way to audit what happened with those nursing home absentee ballots, but Young Andy Cuomo sure did put the STINK of corruption on this election.
Talking with a friend of mine, we are convinced that this year, each of us could have voted at least twice, once at an early voting site, and then again, at our regular voting place on election day, and nobody would have been the wiser, given there was no paper record anywhere of who had voted.
Eric Kauppi says
Just because someone signed an affidavit doesn’t mean it’s true and doesn’t make that witness credible this report still does not provide and physical evidence that hold up in a court of law proving election fraud. The report is full of opinions and conjecture it’s almost like it was written as a prove I’m wrong scenario instead of how the law actually works where if you bring an allegation you have the burden of proving it. Which this report does not d. It’s a shame these type of things keep getting published with no facts because every time one does we are undermining our elections even further and it’s sad.

You get on here and defend liberals, namely Sleepy Joe and KamalToe?
Do you know how that makes you look? Like a damn fool!
And totally unAmerican.
Paul Plante says
Eric, first off, you seem nice!
Do you hear that often from those around you?
Anyway, it most certainly IS NOT the Cape Charles Mirror that is undermining our elections even further and it’s sad, Eric, that your prejudices and biases prevent you from seeing that.
I have been voting for a long time now, and this is the first time I have called an election a TOTAL BULL**** election which this one most certainly was.
The burden is not on the Cape Charles Mirror to show this election was free and fair – that burden is on the states, and this year, there is NO WAY they can make that guarantee.
