Pet of the Week: Meet Kelly!

Hi I am Kelly, a 5 month old female puppy. All chihuahua. I am spayed and up to date on my vaccinations. I weigh in at 8.2 pounds and am not expected to get much bigger than I am right now.

I am playful and somewhat outgoing even if I start out shy. I do enjoy affection, and cuddles. I really enjoy toys.

I am extremely young and energetic. The staff has been working with me so I am currently trained on puppy pads, and hit them 95% of the time.

I love toys, especially for chewing. I will chew on things I am not supposed to and am still learning. I am quick on my feet and I don’t do very well on a leash. But I am still young enough to learn a lot of new things!

If you think you may be interested in adopting Kelly, you can stop by the shelter any Tuesday-Saturday from 10a.m.-2:30p.m. for a kennel walk through. (We have no same day adoptions and an approved adoption application is required to be scheduled for a meet and greet.)

We ask that you have a good vetting history and or you are able to continue vet care for any of our adoptees.
