Eastern Shore SPCA has some new residents that are in need of some hugs, puppy kisses, and little belly rubs. They are open from 10 am-2 pm.

Hi there, I’m Rex and I’m only 4.5 months old. According to the previous owner, I am a Spitz mix. I’m pretty small, weighing only 11 lbs. I am a rambunctious baby, with never-ending puppy energy.
I enjoy cuddling and love playing. I won’t be a good fit for small children because I still need to understand I can’t chew on hands, as well as needing to be taught all the good manners that puppies need to learn.
I love playing with squeaky toys and thoroughly love a game of tug. I’m learning to walk on a leash now. I’m up to date on vaccines for my age and have started heartworm prevention.
