Sharon Silvey named the new Cape Charles Library Manager

Sharon Silvey has been named the new Cape Charles Library Manager. She succeeds Ann Rutledge who retired last month. Silvey is very familiar with the library, having worked as the Library Assistant alongside Rutledge for more than 10-years.

Betsy Doherty accepted the offer to transition from a part-time role to a full-time library assistant.
