
Upgrades will convert sites to Kampground of America (KOA) Status
SALISBURY, MD – March 19, 2018 – Gillis Gilkerson announced it has been hired by Blue Water Development Corporation to make multiple upgrades to three campgrounds to convert them to Kampgrounds of America (KOA) status.
“We needed a commercial builder in our market footprint with a great reputation and history,” said Todd Burbage, VP of Blue Water Development Corporation. “We trust Gillis Gilkerson’ s experience and look forward to working with the new leadership of the company on larger scope projects in the future. Gillis Gilkerson has the capacity to build anything.”
At the Sunset Beach Resort in Cape Charles, Virginia, Gillis Gilkerson has been hired to install deluxe patio sites, fire pits and patios, safari tents, interior renovations, and other miscellaneous site improvements.
