Ms. Ashworth is already a member of the Library Board, and her appointment to the Town Council presents an opportunity for her to serve a dual role as the Council representative on the Board. Staff recommends that the Town Council discuss this matter and consider appointing Ms. Ashworth as the Library Board’s Council representative, effective upon the Circuit Court’s confirmation of her interim appointment.
