You must be a resident of Cape Charles to serve on a board or commission. Exactly how many people fit that requirement any more? Fewer every time a house in Cape Charles sells and turns into a short term rental. Cape Charles may love visitors, but not the full timers.

Exactly when did Cape Charles transform itself into a ‘Vacation’ town? Until Come-Heres funked it up, it was just another town in Northampton County that Eastern Shore men and their families called home.
Nothing more, nothing less. Funny part is the Come-Heres think they ‘saved’ the town.
Amazing!
