  1. How can the same people who would deny our kids a safe building in which to go to school, then propose to give away valuable commercial property for $10?????
    That thought process is very disturbing.

  2. Um, not for nothing, Mr. Boyd but it really isn’t a transfer of property per se, but a transfer of rights allowing a use not allowed under public ownership. It seems the town simply wants to accommodate a tax paying business instead of blocking them, and forcing a relocation.

    It’s not even property, but a roadway. Can’t build anything on it, because it is a roadway.

    Man, when did we ever decide that litigation was the new American past-time?

    Cooperate, don’t litigate.
