CAPE CHARLES, Va. — Cape Charles Zoning Administrator Katie Nunez has approved Village L, also known as Muirfield Village, a subdivision within the Bay Creek Planned Unit Development (PUD). This approval encompasses 58 residential lots as part of the development’s second phase.
Muirfield Village is designed to complement the existing Muirfield Bluffs neighborhood within Bay Creek. The approval marks a significant step forward for the Bay Creek PUD, a large-scale, mixed-use development.
