It is very sad that the Town of Cape Charles has dropped the ball on this very important and much needed project. The huge amount of taxes the town residents pay should be used for this! It’s a telling example of the messed up priorities of Cape Charles leadership.
The residence of Cape Charles are now being ask for donations so the summer people have a place to go we we and number 2.
Perhaps the next request is donations to the beer and liqueur fund for summer people
So the council spends $100,000 on the infamous beach master plan, and now we’re the ones being asked to “contribute”
to the bathroom renovations. The council and town manager have completely lost their minds!
We have already donated by paying taxes in the town of Cape Charles.
