Foot patrol in Bay Creek???? Where? On the golf course??
Nioaka Marshall says
And I guess you watch them 24/7 to be able to make this comment? So what are you doing to improve your community?
Scotiagirl says
Ms. Nioaka,
You have NO idea who I am, what I know about policing in Bay Creek, nor
do you know what I do or don’t do for this or any other community. But, thanks for your input!
Concerned citizen says
I believe that to be a mistype. Looking at the CCPD stats on the town facebook page, that’s hours patrolling Bay Creek, not hours foot patrolling.
Scotiagirl says
Posted here is 75.5 hours foot patrol, 27 in Bay Creek…so, again I ask: When and where are police performing foot patrol within Bay Creek?
Note: This poor word choice by the Mirror. Foot patrol by the police just means patrolling in general (on foot, horseback, motorcycle, bicycle, or patrol car, etc.). Here, the CCPD spent 27 hours patrolling the Bay Creek neighborhood, which is part of their jurisdiction. Apologies for the the confusion.

Scotiagirl, you seem perceptive to reality; what do you think it is about Bay Creek that seems to make it a magnet for what might be called by polite people the “bad set” or the criminal element which in turn demands a heavy police presence?
There is even talk I have heard about the need to set up a police sub-station in Bay Creek to have a permanent police presence instead of roving patrols.
Do you think it would do any good?

All of you are a bunch dumb asses.

Now, That is a Fact!!!!!

My, my, aren’t we a bit grumpy this morning!

Ehh… I have been called worse things. And I will probably be called many things in the future. No big deal. Since you are also commenting on this thread, I assume you are also included in that group. 😆😆😆😆😆
