CAPE CHARLES, Va. — The Town of Cape Charles is pleased to announce that Jack Steinmayer has joined the Planning & Zoning Department as the new Zoning Compliance Officer/Administrative Planning Tech. Steinmayer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Juniata College, where he was an active member of the varsity soccer and baseball teams.

Before joining the Town, Steinmayer spent a year in San Jose, CA, serving as a Legislative and Policy Assistant. His interests in economic development, legislation, and government align well with his new role in Cape Charles.
“We are excited to have him on board,” a town spokesperson said. “We are very fortunate to have found such talented new employees.”
Residents and interested parties are encouraged to check the Town’s website under Government / Employment Opportunities for any current job openings.
