HOST FAMILES are needed to host teens from over thirty different countries for the upcoming school year or semester. The students speak English, are covered by medical insurance and have spending money for their personal expenses. The students are between the ages of 15 and 18, and will attend the high school closest to the host family’s home. Host families provide a
bed, meals, as well as friendship, understanding, and a genuine desire to share the U.S. way of life with a student from overseas. The students, from over thirty different countries, hope to arrive in early August for enrollment in their new U.S. high school.
The SHARE! High School Exchange Program is a non-profit organization. For more information, please call Shelley Bessey at 757-894-8105 or the SHARE! Regional Office at 866-900-3738.
