Cape Charles is in continued negotiations with the Cape Charles Yacht Center over the new harbor management agreement.
According to the status report, “This is taking longer than expected since this is an entirely new operation and working through the nuts and bolts with the Cape Charles Yacht Center is more tedious than just agreeing on the overall concept.”
A formal presentation may be offered at the September 17th Council meeting.
