Northampton County Education Foundation Awards Scholarships to Graduating Northampton High School Seniors

The Northampton County Education Foundation (NCEF) awarded three $500 scholar-ships to graduating Northampton High School seniors. This year’s scholarships were awarded to Alexandra Marshall, Sheldon Payne and Jada Smith. In the fall, Alexandra Marshall and Jada Smith will be attending the University of Virginia and Sheldon Payne will be attending Virginia State University. NCEF Chair, Dr. Linda Schulz stated. “We congratulate our NCEF scholarship recipients and all those who graduated from North-ampton High School this past weekend. We wish you all the best as you follow your ac-ademic and life dreams.”

The NCEF is a 501c3 non-profit organization whose mission is to engage the community and mobilize resources to promote student performance and excellence in teaching in our public schools.
