  1. This is is biggest bunch of BULLS$%@!
How about mental health! This bill has not a FKN thing to do with responsible gun ownership! Not 1 of the mass shootings, had anything to do with legal transfer of guns!!!!!!
I have my GGGrandfather’s gun from the Civil War, what concern is it with the federal government!? The ONLY REASON is the government wants to track your legally own weapons to later take them away from you!
And the same goes for my Thomson’s M1A1 and my B.A.R. If I collect and use them responsibly why would the government care? It has nothing to do with legal gun ownership!
How about mental health illnesses?! That, is where the FKN problem lies. Rep. Luria is nothing more than a North end of a Sound bound mule!
How about all the violent video game, how about drug use, how about Hunter Biden, how about ENFORCING THE LAWS!
This bill, attacks legal gun owners. Why is Rep. Luria going after legal gun owners and not mental health issues?
When a man loses, more of his freedoms than any reasonable person can tolerate. That man has nothing more to live for. He than goes on a mission to destroy the very people that pushed him beyond any reasonable limits. He will not show mercy. He will never give up. Because he has nothing more to lose. And his way of life will not be worth living in a world without freedom.
I don’t know where I heard that from, but I believe it’s orgins are from the American revolution.
I can’t wait until November’s election. Rep. Luria is nothing but a liberal snowflake. She is just saying anything to save her ass this November.
What is mentioned in this bill is all ready law, except transfer of guns. How about enforcing the law?

  2. The Democrats, as Tulsi Gabbard said elsewhere in here, are dangerous despots flexing their p0oliti8cal muscles while scrapping our Constitutional protections, which mean nothing at all to a Democrat:

“Extreme risk’ orders to seize guns surge, but lack of legal resources lead to dismissals”

Brendan J. Lyons, Albany, New York Times Union

    June 22, 2022

ALBANY — The number of “extreme risk protection orders” being filed by State Police has surged in the wake of an executive order issued by Gov. Kathy Hochul last month that mandated troopers pursue the court applications whenever they encounter a person who is “likely” to be at risk of harm to themselves or to others.

    end quote

The word “likely” has any meaning they want to give it – like saying that because a dog has teeth, and dogs with teeth have been known to bite, it is “likely” that any dog with teeth will bite somebody, and so all dogs with teeth should be put down to keep people safe from dogs with teeth.
