Science and Philosophy Seminar of the Eastern Shore of Virginia has scheduled a seminar, “A Brief History of Industrial Food, Part 3, Big Food.” The free 90-minute seminar will be held at 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 3rd in Room 113 of the Eastern Shore Community College, 29316 Lankford Hwy, Melfa, VA 23410.

This, Part 3, will review the history of manufactured food products and the corporate system that creates them.
Durmick is a (mostly) retired software industry executive, and lives near Nassawadox.
These seminars are occasionally rescheduled on short notice. Prospective attendees are urged to check the Seminar’s website (www.SciPhi.org) shortly before a scheduled date.
(Please use the website to stimulate you into giving a talk yourself.)
