Science and Philosophy Seminar of the Eastern Shore of Virginia has scheduled its next seminar, “Save Your Children from Global Warming.”
The free 90-minute seminar will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, March 6 in Room 113 of the new building of the Eastern Shore Community College, 29300 Lankford Hwy, Melfa, VA 23410.
Tony Picardi will discuss what you can do, at no cost to yourselves, to save the next generation from the worst economic, environmental and public health consequences of accelerating global warming.
Picardi’s career was in international development and the software industry. He retired to the Shore in 2007.
