Myrtle Landing Renewal LLC, formally the Heritage Acres, has submitted an application requesting assistance from the Economic Development Authority of Northampton County and Towns (EDA) by the issuance of the EDA’s revenue bonds in an amount not to exceed $10,250,000 to assist in financing or refinancing certain costs of acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, renovation and equipping of the Myrtle Landing Apartments.
The bond will help Myrtle Landing achieve proper financing, and may also deter some of the financing costs.
The Cape Charles Town Council will discuss and vote on the resolution at the next Regular Meeting this Thursday, June 16th at 6:30.
The EDA conducted a public hearing on April 19, 2022, regarding the request and adopted a resolution authorizing the issuance of up to $10,250,000 revenue bonds.
Isn’t Myrtle Landing the former Heritage Acres Ct.?
Not Sea Breeze.
Note: Yes, thanks for the catch.
