Hi I am Rose. I am a female 2-year-old hound. I am most likely a mix of walker hound and another hound breed. I look very beagle-like in my photos, but I weigh 38 pounds and am taller than a beagle. I am spayed and up to date on my vaccinations.
Typical to my breed I will wander away if left unattended outside. I would most likely do well in a fenced yard, or someone who is able to walk me during potty breaks.
I seem to be housebroken, and I am very loving and affectionate. Although I am energetic, I relax and couch potato quite well when I am with my humans.
If you may be interested in adopting Rose you can stop by the shelter any Tuesday-Saturday from 10a.m.-2:30p.m. for a kennel walk-through. (We have no same-day adoptions, and an approved adoption application is required to be scheduled for a meet and greet.)
You can pick up an adoption application while you are there or print one off on our website anytime www.shorespca.com.
You can also email us and ask that an adoption application be attached and sent back to you at shorespca@gmail.com
You can call the Shelter Tuesday-Saturday 10a.m.-3p.m. with any questions at 757-787-7385.

Peter, you've been playing with your turds since you were two. Please stop.
People like you are the reason the country is so divided. You can't have a constructive conversation. You quickly turn…
