Members of Antifa attempted to crash the 2020 Sturgis biker festival, and it did not end well for them.
Antifa demonstrators entered the rally, however, police surrounded them as thousands of bikers scream at them to leave their event.
After some of the bikers and Antifa protesters exchange several shoves, one of the Antifa protesters is taken to the ground by law enforcement. Sturgis police then arrest that protester and lead him out of the crowd in handcuffs.
Events continued to escalate and police forced the Antifa protesters out of the rally as throngs of angry bikers followed.

How does this affect Cape Charles?
Paul Plante says
They will be here next.
Are you ready for them?
Pope Jay Ford of the Church of the Most Holy and Righteous Among Us is bringing them here to scourge the wicked and iniquitous of Cape Charles, of whom there must be many, given the efforts of the Pope to eradicate them from our otherwise sober society.
Which side will you be on?
Ray Otton says
10 of the 38 articles on the front page of this week’s CCM aren’t about Cape Charles.
So, thanks Karen for reminding us that Karens are watching everything to make sure all things are within the bounds they find acceptable.
Instead of being our local media watchdog, you should chill out. Maybe take a walk around CC, but avoid the walkway in front of Kelly’s.
it will trigger you.

One has to wonder what motivated these ANTI-FA A-HOLES to go to the Sturgis bike festival to protest, or whatever it is that they do, other than act as vicious, violent, ignorant A-HOLES.
Are they protesting Harvey-Davis motorcycles as symbols of white supremacy?
Carla Jasper says
This is how it’s done! Kudos to effective law enforcement.
MJM says
That is correct Carla, in my opinion. Whether or not we like motorcycles or all of the people that gather in Sturgis to celebrate them, those folks do have the right to peaceful assembly. I think I read that somewhere on a piece of parchment a few times.
When someone else decides to gather and attempt to cease their right to that peaceful assembly, the police should come in and eliminate the threat to the bikers. I too hail The Sturgis Police I also think all towns in this country should learn a lesson from that. THAT is the point of pointing this situation out.
Oh, and yeah not all discussions need to be just of Cape Charles. We are all part of a rather much larger world the last time I checked. No statues have been torn down in Cape Charles, nor have any riots taken place here, correct ? Good Grief.

From the local NBC news site –
According to a release from the Sturgis Police Department, about seven of the protesters were from Rapid City and to their knowledge, were not affiliated with ANTIFA.
(They know this because they asked them for their ANTIFA membership cards?)
The group was given guidelines by law enforcement as they attempted to exercise their first amendment rights. Law enforcement told the protesters that they must remain peaceful and not violate any state laws or city ordinances.
The group, mostly wearing black clothing and face masks is surrounded by officers. Motorcyclists occasionally drive by and some rev their engines.
The demonstration started at around 4 p.m., but after about 45 minutes from the start of the protests, one demonstrator, Drew Wishon (23) of Rapid City, kicked a motorcyclist as he was passing by.
(If it walks like a duck……..)
Paul Plante says
I shouldn’t be surprised, Darren, to hear there is an ANTI-FA Chapter right here in Cape Charles waiting for the signal to activate and start busting the heads of the white nationalists who read the Cape Charles Mirror and the racists who eat bean burgers at Kelly’s from the abolitionist Pope of the Church of the Most Holy and Righteous Among Us Jay Ford.
Paul Plante says
The ANTI-FA A-HOLES are everywhere, Darren, even in Sturgis.
So the fact that these particular A-HOLES demonstrating against the bikers in Sturgis were from Sturgis doesn’t negate the fact that at the same time, they were ANTI-FA A-HOLES.
Stephanie says
This was not Antifa. It was 5 local Rapid City residences.
Paul Plante says
How does that not make them ANTI-FA?
Are you saying that ANTI-FA only exists in one place?
Not hardly.
ANTI-FA have cells all over the country, including otherwise out of the way places like Sturgis.
The fascist mentality that fuels the ANTI-FA movement here in the United States is not confined to any single place, or geographical area – rather, it exists all across America, and I would venture to say that there is in all likelihood an ANTI-FA cell right here in the ideologically fertile ground of Cape Charles and the Eastern Shore, in large part due to the presence and proselytizing of His Most Apostolic Eminence Pope Jay Ford of the Church of the Most Holy and Righteous Among Us, which Church would see ANTI-FA as fellow soldiers of their god.
Ray Otton says
Say “They weren’t ANTIFA” three times and tap your shoes together. Maybe it will be come true.
Meanwhile, back in Kansas –

Darn it, now that damn song is stuck in my head. You know, “if I only had a brain”.
