In Great Britain (our ally)–The Royal Navy, bless their hearts, are now diverting marines and sailors to become diversity and inclusion officers. Yes, you heard that right. In the midst of grappling with recruitment woes and struggling to man their ships, they’re focusing on – wait for it – enhancing the “lived experience” of personnel. I got a gander at these internal job ads from The Telegraph, and they’re hunting for serving sailors and marines to dive into diversity policy. These gigs are up for grabs at the Navy Command HQ in Portsmouth. Their aim? To “improve the lived experience of our people.” Well, isn’t that just grand? But here’s the rub, as a Navy source rightly pointed out to The Telegraph: “Why, when we’re short on manpower, are we chasing more people to fuss over diversity and inclusion?” And let’s not forget the type of folks this might attract – power-hungry social justice warriors, as they put it. The Navy’s already inclusive, they say, and diversity will naturally follow suit with the changing population. No need for this pandering. And Lord West, a former First Sea Lord himself, didn’t mince words either. He told The Telegraph that diverting key personnel for diversity is utter nonsense. He reckons the Navy’s lost the plot, and this obsession with diversity could actually be the root of their recruitment issues. Remember the RAF’s positive discrimination schemes? Ended up sidelining some white blokes. Lord West’s advice? Scrap these diversity roles pronto. The Navy’s not just advertising any old roles, either. They’re looking for Lieutenants, Captains in the Royal Marines, and a bunch of other ranks, to hop onto this diversity bandwagon. They’ve even got a “climate assessment team” on the cards. And what’s this all about? Conducting assessments to understand the “lived experience” of personnel. Their official document on diversity and inclusion is a real page-turner. It’s got roles galore – diversity advisors, practitioners, you name it. And all to advance diversity in the workplace. But honestly, when did our armed forces become so embroiled in this social justice theatre? Last time I checked, their job was national security, not ticking boxes on a diversity checklist.

That obviously was several years ago, then, because while that indeed was once true, as with all things human, or purported to be human, anyway, which acts include INSANE ACTS, times change and thoughts evolve, and power shifts from one set of hands to another, so that now, under the control of a NATIONAL SECURITY COUNCIL composed of COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF Jospeh Robinette Biden, Junior, Karmela Harris, Tony Blinken, Lloyd Austin, Janet “TOODLES” Yellen, Jennifer Granholm, Merrick “THE GUTLESS” Garland, Alejandro Mayorkas and John “JACKIE BOY” Kerry, NONE OF WHOM KNOW ****-ALL ABOUT NATIONAL SECURITY or fighting actual wars, the focus has shifted, requiring us all to now believe Biden et al on the NSC are “preserving” America’s national defense superiority by requiring everyone in our military to know by heart the preferred personal pronouns of everyone else in our military, from the top on down, starting with those of CIC Biden and SecDef Austin, as well as what differentiates a gay dude from a queer dude so they don’t get inadvertently misgendered, and why men who believe they are really women are superior in every way to women actually born as women.
