On the hour and date above specified, the bids will be publicly opened and read. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 11:00 a.m. local time on Tuesday, October 8, 2019, at the Harbor Dockmaster’s Office, Cape Charles.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project includes the construction of a fixed breakwater and relocation of the existing floating wave attenuator located at the Cape Charles Harbor Marina.
The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities in any bid. Bids received after the specified time of closing will be returned unopened.
