Chesapeake Conservancy Salutes Senator Ben Cardin on His Announcement of Retirement from the United States Senate

May 7, 2023 by Wayne Creed 1 Comment

Annapolis, MD – Following the announcement by U.S. Senator Ben Cardin that he will not seek reelection, Chesapeake Conservancy President and CEO Joel Dunn issued the following statement:

“From defending bedrock environmental laws and advancing strong environmental policy, to securing federal funding for conservation and restoration, Senator Cardin has been an outstanding, exemplary champion for the environment and for the Chesapeake Bay throughout his many years in public service. We have always been able to count on ‘our friend Ben’ to fight for the health of the Chesapeake Bay and its watershed.

“Chesapeake Conservancy salutes Senator Ben Cardin on his decades of leadership for Maryland, for the United States and for his beloved Chesapeake Bay, and we express our deep thanks and best wishes as Senator Cardin completes his term in the Senate.”

Ben Cardin has been sucking on The Maryland Government teat since 1987. That’s 36 years. Imho that is disgusting.
