The following was submitted by a citizen. According to the report, it appears concrete remnants from what most is likely ongoing sidewalk repairs was used to mitigate erosion. The mitigation appears to be just north of Plantation Creek near old Palmer Course 4th green and the tee area for the 5th hole.
The Mirror has submitted these photos to the town, and the Zoning Compliance office is investigating.

So what’s the big deal? Would you rather pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for rock? That’s what happened to the HOA reserves to begin with. I say some Karen has to much time on their hands.

What’s wrong with using concrete? If it hadn’t been for repurposed concrete, Guard Shore, near Bloxom, would have washed away years ago.
Note: Concrete is great for mitigation, it’s by-passing the permit process, Tiger beetles and all.

I have been thinking about the comment re: “That’s what happened to the HOA reserves to begin with.” from Kim. What Reserves is she speaking about the Bay Creek Reserves? If Bay Creek Reserves, no dollars have ever been spent on breakwaters for Bay Creek.
