Our Comprehensive Plan establishes an overall plan and recommended actions relevant to the current and future needs of the
town.
This is your plan, and now is your time to see if the document contains the vision and future your desire for Cape Charles.
The DRAFT Comprehensive Plan is available for public review on the town website at www.capecharles.org.
Physical copies are available for public review in the Town Hall, Cape Charles Memorial Library, and Civic Center.
The DRAFT Comprehensive Plan is open to Public Comments during the month October. Please send your comments to planner@capecharles.org.

With respect to crooked zoning officials:
Please consider an article in regard to the new Northampton County Zoning Administrator Paul Watson. Paul Watson was disbarred & his license to practice law was revoked by the Virginia Star Bar only a couple of years ago.
Is it safe for the community to have someone like this interpreting & enforcing the Northampton County zoning code?
