  1. Well that is very interesting and hadn’t thought of it. It sounds like it should work but don’t believe I have ever seen my shore carriers use this scanner. I know all mail are scanned at the counter in the P.O.Icoming and going. if the carrier is scanning them all in the P.O. as they sort and load mail for speed of delivery time on the road, does that system still work the same way ?
Any carriers out there ? How is it actually done ? Is my question a good one, or ignorant ?

  2. Wow, another article that is pure BS.

USPS only does point of delivery scans for Express mail and packages. So what over issues does this “article” omit -lets see, we have apartment buildings, Post Office Boxes, Forwarded mail, etc. all from an agency that the current administration is trying to kill off by under funding. They can’t get new vehicles but somehow you think all carriers have a $600 or more scanner on them?

Note: We went from 4 years of Russia rigged the election, to elections can’t be rigged really fast didn’t we??? #AuditTheVote. The USPS reportedly was supposed to “scan” all mail-in ballots into the “system”. Litigation will prove this did not happen, and scanners will show that they were never delivered to the proper persons. GPS will validate whether this happened or not.
