Michael Strub currently serves on the Cape Charles Planning Commission–his term will be expiring on October 31, 2023. He will not be seeking reappointment, and will instead step aside to give someone else the opportunity to serve.
Mr. Strub has served Cape Charles for over 13 years and has been a thoughtful and steady hand during some of the town’s, more tumultuous times. His tenure has left an indelible mark on the commission’s landscape, and his retirement marks the end of an era in local planning.
Mr. Strub will be remembered for his unwavering commitment to the betterment of Cape Charles. He played a pivotal role in shaping and implementing key policies that have enhanced the town’s infrastructure and improved the quality of life for its residents.
Michael has also served as the Planning Commission’s representative on the Historic District Review Board for 3 years.
He will continue to serve until his replacement is appointed.
