VIRGINIA BEACH, VA — Continuing to gather support from key local and national organizations, today, candidate for Virginia’s 2nd Congressional District Missy Cotter Smasal announced the endorsement of the National Women’s Political Caucus.
Founded during the modern women’s movement, the NWPC is a multicultural, intergenerational, and multi-issue grassroots organization dedicated to increasing women’s participation in the political process and creating a true women’s political power base to achieve equality for all women. The organization is committed to recruiting, training, and supporting pro-choice female candidates for elected office, in addition to providing them with financial contributions.
