He is committed to the revitalization of small towns and villages, preservation of the rural character, protection of natural resources, development of a skilled work force, and he will continue to oppose the spread of industrial poultry farms into the county. His other priorities include improving education and technical training, open and transparent government, and the health, safety and well-being of all county residents.
Kabler will participate in the CBES Candidate Forum, Thursday, Oct 17, 6:30 pm at Occohannock Elementary School, Exmore.
Dan Harris says
What are you goingto do to create jobs in this county? I have been here for nearly 15 years and I have not seen where the county has helped to create any significant jobs. The future of the county is dependent on more than making sure things stay the same. I am all for farmers but why do we have to rig the tax structure to favor the large landoweners or farmers. The tax burden should be shared equaly by all.
