Getting an Uber or Lyft is just not happening around here, but rather driving when you don’t need to, why not call Cape Charles, Cabs, Carts, and Carriage to get you home safely?
The owners of the service, Tim and Julie Marshall told the Mirror, “Our business was created after an idea my mom came up with when the new Cape Charles Brewery was getting closer to opening [her and two of my brothers co own], she said we need to transport people from there to the rest of the town safely. After researching it there was no legitimate transportation/taxi service in Cape Charles…not even Uber or Lyft. They are available but there are never any drivers doing it. So as a small business owner, the red produce stand bottom of the hump in town and the owner of Marshall’s Anchor Down Ranch Carriage rides, we came up with a business to get people around town. And there are different ways to do it. Either by minivan, golf cart or even horse and carriage, we will get you where you need to go. We are a family owned and operated licensed and insured taxi service here to serve you. Even though I would love to do it we apologize that we can’t get you to the Norfolk International Airport by horse and carriage, only in the minivan.”
