Take the A-N PDC Housing Survey

October 31, 2021 by 3 Comments

Housing on the Eastern Shore is one of the most critical problems facing our community. The A-N PDC is currently conducting a housing needs survey, and they need all of our input.

This survey will replace the early 1990’s A-N regional housing study previously conducted. Now is the time to raise voices on housing needs from a business perspective. The more voices received will only further reinforce the urgency to address shortfalls identified.

Below is the link to the surveys:

Thank you CC Mirror for posting. I am working with this A-N PDC/consultant study group. Covers both ES counties. We have received limited responses to date, especially from businesses. Please provide your input and voice concerns. Deadline target is November 7. Takes about 15 minutes to complete. Thanks to those already completing.

It is funny how companies are paid to conduct surveys for other companies. But, the company paid to do the survey is unwilling to pay the participants of the survey.

So, why do Americans help Survey Companies fufill their dreams and contracts for free? I refuse.

Isn’t is amazing how whenever the County or the Town of Cape Charles do anything they need to hire a consultant or do a paid survey. We have only heard for about 25 years that we need affordable housing on the ESVA. Time to act. Show you have a pair and build the damn housing. There are millions of immigrants coming over the border who would love to live in Northampton County and Cape Charles. They are the answer to the labor shortage. Locals just don’t want to work. They have been conditioned to live on the dole. Let’s get those bus loads of migrants in the ESVA and build those Democrat voter ranks.
