Science and Philosophy Seminar of the Eastern Shore of Virginia has scheduled a seminar, “The Concorde Supersonic Transport”. The free 90-minute seminar will be held at 10:30 am. on Friday, March 15th in Room 148 of the Academic (the most Westerly) Building of Eastern Shore Community College, 29300 Lankford Hwy, Melfa, VA 23410.
Janet Rochester and Terry Malarkey will describe the technological and political evolution of the Concorde project, their personal involvements, and its demise.
Rochester and Malarkey retired to the Shore with their respective spouses.
