Due to the scarcity of crab meat, we have delayed making crab cakes until July 13th. The Rotary’s crab meat provider and significant supporter of this key fundraiser assures us he’ll have crab meat by the 13th.
The group decided to postpone the sale until they could get real Eastern Shore Crabmeat.
These cakes are 2/3rd special meat, 1/3rd claw meat, some mayo & mustard with some spices to bind them, dip them in egg and then cracker meal – no fillers!
$40 each tray of 6 crab cakes ($6.00/crab cake)
Orders need to be in by 5 PM on Monday, July 9th

Make your checks to Cape Charles Rotary Club or bring cash – pay when you pick them up.
Your order can be picked up at my office on Friday, July 13th after 2 PM.
