Eastern Shore Rural Health System’s Eastville Community Pharmacy is now open and serving patients and community members throughout the Shore. The pharmacy accepts most major insurance plans, including Tricare.
Located inside Eastville Community Health Center at 17068 Lankford Highway, the pharmacy is staffed by Eastern Shore native Marsha Muhic, who recently returned to the Shore to serve as pharmacist. Services include prescription medications, vaccinations, and a convenient drive-through. Patients can transfer prescriptions by calling (757) 789-9073.
“Our pharmacy offers fast, friendly service and greater convenience for our patients,” said Rural Health CEO Jeannette Edwards. “The close collaboration between our providers and pharmacist helps us deliver seamless, patient-centered care, with shorter wait times and easier access to medications.”
The pharmacy is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and is closed Saturdays and Sundays. (Eastern Shore Rural Health’s Atlantic Community Pharmacy is open Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.) For more information, call (757) 789-9073 or visit www.esrhrx.org.
Customers at all three Eastern Shore Rural Health pharmacy locations can use the RXLOCAL mobile app. To download, text RXLOCAL to 64890. Instructions for setting up an account are available at esrhrx.org by clicking “How to Register.”
