Science and Philosophy Seminar of the Eastern Shore of Virginia has scheduled a seminar, “Nanotechnology, the next Industrial Revolution”. The free 90-minute seminar will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, November 17 in Room 148 of the Academic Building of Eastern Shore Community College, 29300 Lankford Hwy, Melfa, VA 23410.
Josh Hall will present an overview of coming technological developments; he will emphasize implications for the average person’s way of life and use the original Industrial Revolution as context and example.
Hall was the founder and moderator of sci.nanotech, co-founder and chief scientist of Nanorex Inc, and President of the Foresight Institute.
These seminars are occasionally rescheduled on short notice. Prospective attendees are urged to check the Seminar’s website (www.SciPhi.org) shortly before a scheduled date.

We submitted ours (2) on the first day it came out. I guess council is looking for "better" answers!
