Tourism and hospitality continue to be major drivers of the local economy and the public revenue stream. As Airbnb and other homestay sites become more popular, Town Council is looking at additional regulations.
During discussion Thursday, it was determined that more input was needed from community stakeholders.
A broader community discussion is being scheduled for some time in November, however, the Mayor and Town Manager have not determined a firm date. The Mirror will post the date as soon as we receive it.
