  1. Sure take down the gates and have the “Townies” start paying HOA fees for the common grounds in Bay Creek! As for the comment about cutting off the sewer and water to Bay Creek residents…well that is just brilliant! Please print the address of this genius so when I get cut off I can bring my daily 5 gallon bucket of sewer-slop to dump in their front yard. It’s not like us “Creekers” are not paying our taxes and water/sewer bills! Got to love how this blog tries to bring the people of this beautiful little town together. Oh and I used the labels “Townie & Creeker” because I hear labels help to divide people…we all know that is what it is all about! I least it gives me a laugh every Sunday morning.

Note: This is not a blog, we do not post cat videos here. Folks that sit through Town Council, Planning Commission, BoS, HDRB meetings (etc., etc.) don’t write about it in blogs. “Townies”, well at least you’re honest about how you all really feel. Thank you for illuminating the point.

    1. You are correct you don’t post pictures of cats but you sure post a lot of things that try to divide this town! My labels were sarcasm…I would of thought you would of comprehended my statements! I love this town and the people in it. That is why we purchased a home here.

Note: Oh, we get it, but as the man said, “Sarcasm is when you tell someone the truth by lying on purpose.” Townies? Who’s divisive now. Of course, you are always welcome to refute the law and the Special Annexation Court, which is really the heart of the matter.

  2. Townie vs Creekers…Comeheres vs Beenheres…this is all language that has been posted on The Wave and The Mirror for years! The homeowners in Bay Creek had nothing to do with deals made between The developers of Bay Creek and the local government back in the early 90’s. Now it’s Sinclair that your beef should be with not with the homeowners in BC.

I will give you credit for posting my B.S. though!

Note: We agree with you, the Bay Creek owners nor the HOA are not the ones bound by the agreement, which ‘runs with the land’. That would be Sinclair Communications. Thank you for taking the time to comment, we appreciate it.

    1. The CBBT should have never been built. It and the internet are the worst things that have happened to the Eastern Shore, except maybe it’s youth bringing ‘Liberal-Notions’ back, with them, from college.

  3. I don’t know who the Bay Creek Bender is, but please know my husband Don Bender and I have nothing to do with these posts! Maybe the person calling themselves Bay Creek Bender could put their real name. I always post with my name.
