Leaked documents showed that the Biden regime lied about Ukraine, it was all lies, and we’re supposed to believe that the bad guy is the person who exposed these lies. Yeah, keep putting that Ukraine flag in your profile you virtue signaling douches. A 21-year old gamer might have just prevented WW3 and so of course the government and their media puppets are trying to paint him as some nefarious Russian double agent. Same playbook different day…There’s no way, according to numerous experts, that a 21-year-old guardsman would have access to the documents released. The “leak” and how it was done via a Discord server gives the government all the ammo they need to pass the Restrict Act. Do you see it now?

There is a mental illness pervading the minds of millions of Americans. It’s been deliberately disseminated. Derp!
Because of a whistleblower, we know the truth finally about US involvement in Ukraine, as well as the real death rates. WAPO and NYT hunted the whistleblower down in less than a week. Undoubtedly by using information from the regime, which was laundered via these outlets.

How many Americans still think of the CPUSA as just a fringe political party? How many know that it was controlled and subsidized by Moscow throughout its history, or that the Party served as the focal point for Soviet espionage activity and KGB recruitment?…the Red Scare mythos still holds great power over liberals today, to the point that almost a century later, liberals still minimize or flat-out deny the Communist infiltration of the US government during the 1930s and -40s. Card-carrying communists navigated liberal society undetected for many decades, and when they were finally put under a microscope, it wasn’t Moscow that came to the rescue but liberal friends…Suspected communists were lionized by sympathetic liberals as patriotic martyrs and the personification of American values. It wasn’t Earl Browder and the CPUSA alone that nurtured the “Red Scare” mythos, it was bowtie-wearing liberals.

“Why Joe Biden is the weakest US President and America a fading superpower”
Opinion by Abhijit Majumder
9 APRIL 2023
The men who preceded and succeeded Abraham Lincoln are widely held as the two worst presidents in America’s history.
James Buchanan is accused of refusing to challenge the spread of slavery and proving pathetic leadership in the build-up to the Civil War.
Present polls judge Lincoln’s successor Andrew Johnson pretty dimly as well for blocking civil rights for freed slaves and opposing reconstruction initiatives, including the 14th Amendment which gave every US citizen freedom and equal protection.
But a third gentleman has a strong claim to this unenviable mantle today.
It is the White House incumbent, Joe Biden.
The US forces literally fled from Afghanistan after spending an estimated $2.3 trillion.
The US needed to exit Afghanistan.
But the Biden administration made it look cowardly, messy, and disgraceful.
Not the signal a superpower sends out to the world.
Next came Ukraine.
NATO, led by the US, needlessly fingered Russia by pumping up a fascist and narcissistic Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Putin responded by invading Ukraine instead of acquiescing to NATO planes and weapons on its border.
By this proxy war (increasingly getting more direct and expensive for the US) against Russia, Biden has managed to push Putin much closer to Xi Jinping than he would have otherwise been.
During Vice President Kamala Harris’s visit to Zambia, many Zambians including Opposition leaders openly taunted the US for trying to teach democratic values in Africa.
“The killers of Patrice Lumumba, those who toppled Kwame Nkrumah, those who killed Nasser, those who killed Muammar Gaddafi, today are coming to teach us about democracy,” said Fred M’membe, president of the Socialist Party of Zambia, in Beijing.
India has long told the US that it is neither going to give up its decades of friendship with Russia, nor stop buying Russian arms and oil.
The Modi government has time and again asked America not to preach on either trade or so-called religious freedom that agenda-driven bodies like USCIRF regularly drum up.
Finally, overshadowing Disney, Levis, Coke, and Hollywood, or rather riding on some of its finest cultural exports, America has started shipping out wokeness to the rest of the world.
The preachy, nauseating, and intolerant political correctness that a section of Democrats bred and spread under Biden’s watch has not been received well overseas.
It exposes America’s pointless culture wars and ideological chaos.
It has been a matter of mockery and outrage, little else.
All this combined has seriously weakened America’s hegemony in geopolitics and shaken its place in the world of ideas.

“Something Is Wrong with Joe Biden”
Story by Brandon Weichert
12 April 2023
Why are they Hiding Joe Biden?
Karine Jean-Pierre, the White House press secretary who spends more time refusing to engage with the White House Press Pool than answering their (usually) sycophantic, pedantic questions, is starting to feel the burn.
Even a gelded press corps, such as the sort that currently populates the White House, can only take so much abject humiliation before it goes from being perversely enjoyable to downright degrading.
Even when Biden takes shouted, off-the-cuff questions from the press, it is rarely that they ask him such contentious questions the way they did of former President Donald J. Trump — their great orange whale.
Certainly, none have behaved as grotesquely as CNN’s Jim Acosta did when infamously challenged former President Trump over claims the forty-fifth president had made while speaking live to the nation from the East Room of the White House.
Nevertheless, Biden’s interactions with the press are carefully choreographed and scripted.
And the majority of the White House Press Pool is fine with it because, of course, they are on his political team.
So, for that group to not only begin publicly castigating the White House press secretary but to openly mock the White House’s press interaction—including Biden himself—is a big step.
It should tell you that something is amiss in the Biden Administration.
Think about it: the world is teetering on the brink of a potential nuclear war with Russia over Ukraine.
Tensions are bubbling up both in the Greater Middle East with Iran and China is on the march everywhere — especially against Taiwan.
Venezuela might be getting ready to pick a fight with their oil-rich neighbor, Guyana!
Where in the World is Joe Biden (Does He Even Know)?
And where is Joe Biden?
He’s gone to Ireland in a bizarre attempt to unite all the political parties of Northern Ireland in what is obviously a cockamamie plot to wrestle Northern Ireland away from the British and to ensure that it is restored to the rest of Ireland.
The White House Press Corps is correct in asserting that the Joe Biden handlers are hiding their boss.
Beyond the concerns that Biden simply isn’t there mentally anymore and the White House is facing increasing difficulty containing his rotting brain, it could be that the Hunter Biden investigations have the forty-sixth president distracted.
It is increasingly obvious to all but the biggest Democratic Party shills that the First Son was the frontman for a major influence-peddling scheme aimed at enriching the entirety of the Biden Family — including the president — by trading access to Joe Biden’s various government positions in exchange for lots of money from foreign governments (including China) and mega-corporations.
Bottom line: the fact that the Biden Administration has so carefully shielded their boss from any serious media scrutiny has made even the most loyal press people apoplectic.
It is hard enough covering for Biden on a good day.
But try carrying water for a man who won’t even provide a bucket.
The White House is isolating Biden from the press because they likely know his responses will be far more incriminating either of the true nature of his health decline and/or of the actual relationship he had with his son’s illicit schemes.
There’s no greater disinfectant than sunlight.
That light — even if it is the dimly lit bulbs of the White House Press Corps — could be the final act of Biden’s thus far pathetic (non) reelection bid.
That’s why he’s being hidden.

Speaking of Biden taking questions, here is senile old Joe taking a spoken, not shouted, question from a child in Ireland that his son Hunter, a lawyer like Joe, had to help him understand, which is what lawyers are for, afterall, getting to the heart of real difficult questions like this one was:

“Donald Trump indictment ignores this core legal principle”
Opinion by Jonathan Turley
4 April 2023
Oscar Wilde once said “The only way to get rid of a temptation is to yield to it.”
“Resist it, and your soul grows sick with longing for the things it has forbidden to itself.”
With the release of the indictment of former President Donald Trump, Manhattan District Alvin Bragg has revealed himself as a follower of the Wilde school of legal thought.
Bragg knew that he had no criminal case against Trump.
However, after running on bagging Trump for some crime (any crime), Bragg knew that many would not care if he had a basis for a criminal charge.
He would be lionized to be the first person to ever indict a former president in the blind rage against Trump.
After charging Trump with 34 counts, Bragg insisted that he will convict Trump of the “crime to promote a [political] candidacy through unlawful means.”
He insists that he will prove “attempts to violate state and federal election laws.”
For months, many have raised objections to the effort of Manhattan District Attorney to use a flawed legal theory to essentially litigate a federal election violation that the Justice Department opted not to charge.
This bootstrap theory has been widely criticized, but many in the media sought to cut off that debate by suggesting that Bragg might be basing his prosecution on some unknown crime.
Last week, Michael Cohen’s attorney Lanny Davis went as far to “warn all the pundits and everyone speculating…that there are lots of facts, lots of documents, lots of evidence of multiple crimes.”
We now have the indictment, and it is basically what many of us anticipated.
It is a series of stacked counts of falsifying business records for the purpose of influencing the election.
The indictment seems to address the lack of legal precedent with a lack of specificity on the underlying “secondary” felony.
Bragg has done nothing more than replicated the same flawed theory dozens of times.
This is where math and legal meet.
If you multiply any number by zero, it is still zero.
If the New York bench retains any integrity, this case will be thrown out as legally improper with an admonition to Bragg and his office for politicizing the criminal justice process.
That, however, may be asking a lot of state judges who are elected on both the trial and appellate levels.
They too may prove lawyers on the Wilde side.
The cost, however, to the legal system will be immense.
In a single indictment, Alvin Bragg bulldozed any high ground that the Democrats had after January 6th.
He has fulfilled the narrative of the Trump by supplying a raw and undeniable example of the politicization of the legal system.
What is most shocking is that this attack on the rule of law was met with the rapturous applause of many, including lawyers and legal pundits.
They not only will ignore the affront to the integrity of our legal system, but celebrate its demise.
Bragg himself threw a flag on effort to indict Trump being pushed by a lawyer brought in as a special assistant district attorney for that purpose.
Mark F. Pomerantz and his colleague Carey R. Dunne resigned — and their resignation letter was then leaked to an eager media.
Pomerantz then took a step that floored many of us: he wrote a tell-all book based on the still ongoing investigation.
However, Pomerantz admits that career prosecutors balked at his radical proposals to find a crime — any crime — to nail Trump.
That included an entirely bonkers money laundering charge against Trump where he would be the victim of an extortion effort.
In his book, Pomerantz admits that “many of the lawyers were relentlessly negative.”
Some prosecutors were clearly so upset by his efforts that they “defected” from the team.
He also admitted that Bragg told him “that the consensus among the group of prosecutors with whom he had been speaking was not to go forward.”
Despite objections from his colleagues who said he was undermining their efforts, Pomerantz published a book making the case against an individual who was not charged, let alone convicted.
It was a grossly unprofessional and improper act.
It also worked.
Bragg caved to the overwhelming pressure that followed.
If figures like Pomerantz was going to yield to temptation, why shouldn’t he?
After all, no one wants to be the last ethical lawyer when even one else is cashing in.

@Wayne Creed: you apparently do not know the difference between a traitor and a whistle blower.
This Guardsman is absolutely not a whistle blower and should not be accorded the legal protections to which those are entitled.
Editor’s Note: You use that word but I don’t think you really know what it means.
Paul Plante says
Speaking as a real-life WHISTLE BLOWER against corrupt government, the BIGGEST MISTAKE an American citizen can make, especially when you are right, I can guarantee you, Hang em High, that there are NO SUCH THINGS as “legal protections” for whistle blowers.
ABSOLUTELY NONE WHATSOEVER.
It is a MYTH that there are such protections.
And this guardsman (this whole set-up stinks to high heaven starting with how some LOWLY national guardsman could breach all the high tech security of the Pentagon to get this material in the first place and then why all the colonels and generals in the Pentagon were totally stumped and bob-smacked and so had to rely not on the FBI, but the gelded news media to0 ferret out the “traitor” amongst us) will be a traitor after being duly charged and convicted of treason, which I personally think is quite a stretch, and recalling the Pentagon Papers, as a VEET NAM vet, I am having a hard time seeing any treason here.
More like PATRIOTISM, defined as love of country, not love of POLITICAL BULL**** and CRAVEN COWARDICE, which is so in vogue in America today it makes me throw up in my mouth.
Stuart Bell says
I bet you voted for Bath-House Barry, Hillary, China-Joe and Kamal-Toe too…
You are part of the problem.
Paul Plante says
In all truth, I have found that story about the leaked documents to be a big yawner, given the involvement of the Pentagon, not known for ever having told the truth about anything, and the WaPo and NYT, both government shills and liars (remember the famous yellow cake”), which makes it hard to believe a word said in there, BUT, what if it is real?
WHAT HAS BEEN EXPOSED FOR THE WORLD TO SEE?
And that answer is just how stupid and incompetent what passes for “government” in the United States of America today really is.
But who is surprised at any of that?
Who out there doesn’t already know how stupid and incompetent the Biden administration and Pentagon are?
So where then is the “treason?”
Is it now treason to talk about how stupid and incompetent the Pentagon and Biden administration are today?
If so, color me guilty then, because I am and have been saying exactly that for some long time now.
Paul Plante says
This whole show was stupid on the part of Bragg given the reality that Pomerantz wrote a book on the whole ****show inside Bragg’s office and his attempt to “get” Trump no matter how dirty he had to play the game:

“Judge allows congressional subpoena of ex-prosecutor in Trump probe”
By Luc Cohen
April 19, 2023
NEW YORK, April 19 (Reuters) – A U.S. judge said on Wednesday she would allow Congress to subpoena a former prosecutor who once led the Manhattan district attorney’s criminal investigation into former U.S. President Donald Trump.
Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, a Democrat, last week sued Republican Representative Jim Jordan to block a subpoena for testimony from Mark Pomerantz, a former prosecutor who once led the office’s multiyear investigation of Trump.
The subpoena came from the House of Representatives Judiciary Committee, which Jordan chairs.
Pomerantz’s deposition is scheduled for Thursday.
“Mr. Pomerantz must appear for the congressional deposition,” Vyskocil wrote, adding in a reference to a phrase frequently used by Trump’s critics, “No one is above the law.”
In a statement, a spokesperson for Jordan said the decision shows “Congress has the ability to conduct oversight.”
Bragg’s office did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The DEMOCRAT idiot lawyer Alvin Bragg, who bragged about getting Trump when he was running for office, himself just got trumped by a federal judge who put the law above politics, something very rare and unheard of today:
CBS NEWS
“Judge rules against Manhattan D.A., orders former prosecutor to testify”
Story by Graham Kates
19 April 2023
A federal judge rejected an effort by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg to block a Congressional subpoena of a former prosecutor for that office who had worked on an investigation into former President Donald Trump.
Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil ruled that she has no standing to block the subpoena, writing that the House Judiciary Committee has claimed to have legitimate legislative purposes for its inquiry.
“The sole question before the Court at this time is whether Bragg has a legal basis to quash a congressional subpoena that was issued with a valid legislative purpose.”
“He does not,” Vyskocil wrote in her decision Wednesday.
Bragg, a Democrat, has accused Jordan of pursuing the subpoena to score political points while supporting Trump, a Republican.
Vyskocil said the dispute appeared political, but said that did not impact her decision.
“In our federalist system, elected state and federal actors sometimes engage in political dogfights,” Vyskocil wrote in her order, noting that Bragg is an elected official.
“Bragg complains of political interference in the local DANY case, but Bragg does not operate outside of the political arena.”
“Jordan, in turn, has initiated a political response to what he and some of his constituents view as a manifest abuse of power and nakedly political prosecution, funded (in part) with federal money, that has the potential to interfere with the exercise of presidential duties and with an upcoming federal election,” Vyskocil wrote.
“The Court does not endorse either side’s agenda.”
At the heart of the dispute is whether Mark Pomerantz, a former Manhattan prosecutor who wrote a memoir about his time leading the Trump investigation, gave up his privileges that protect him from divulging information about the investigation.
Bragg’s lawsuit accuses Jordan and the committee of using a subpoena of Pomerantz to interfere in the prosecution and investigation of Trump.
During a hearing earlier Wednesday at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, Vyskocil questioned Pomerantz’s standing soon after the hearing began.
“How does this book, which is chock full of what Mr. Pomerantz calls ‘insider information,’ not” constitute a waiver of privilege, she asked Theodore Boutrous Jr., an attorney for Bragg.
Later, another attorney for Bragg argued that the district attorney believes Pomerantz had no right to waive the privilege on his own.
“That privilege belongs to my office, not to Mr. Pomerantz,” said Leslie Dubeck, adding, “I think there are things in there that should not have been published and that expose Mr. Pomerantz to potential criminal” liability.
At Wednesday’s hearing, each side was given 30 minutes to argue, and they were interrupted frequently by Vyskocil, who peppered them with questions.
Boutrous argued the subpoena raised “serious federalism issues,” as well as concerns about separation of powers.
“It is totally unprecedented for a congressional committee to go after a local district attorney,” Boutrous said.
Vyskocil quickly replied, “It is also unprecedented for a local district attorney to bring an indictment of a former president.”
Vyskocil, who was appointed by Trump in 2019, also said she she isn’t allowed to consider the Committee’s motivation in pursuing its inquiry, if there’s a legislative purpose.
Boutrous argued the Judiciary Committee’s stated purposes, to consider legislation that might protect former presidents from prosecution or move those prosecutions to federal court, are cover for a politically-motivated effort to “harangue” Bragg, a Democrat, and his prosecutors.
“There’s politics going on on both sides here,” Vykosckil said.
Matthew Berry, an attorney for the committee, said the subpoena is part of an effort to determine how much federal funding was used in the Manhattan probe, and if politics came into play.
He said the committee is concerned that fear of prosecution after a presidency might affect how a president behaves in office.
“If they fear that they will face prosecution in a city, will he tailor his policies to be more popular in the city?” Berry asked.
A spokesperson for Bragg said Wednesday, “We respectfully disagree with the District Court’s decision and are seeking a stay pending appeal.”
Vyskocil denied Bragg’s request for a stay Wednesday night.

“Alvin Bragg promises not to prosecute theft to establish ‘racial equity’ balance: ‘Crime of poverty'”
Story by Hannah Grossman
20 April 2023
Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg said during his campaign that racial equity needed to be a priority and that he didn’t believe thievery should be prosecuted since it was a “crime of poverty.”
During the May 2021 meeting, Bragg articulated his intention to focus on racial equity instead of prosecuting theft.
Bragg said his overall intention was to “Shrin[k] the footprint” of the criminal justice system.
A campaign webpage, which has since been scrubbed, said Bragg believed crimes that disproportionately incarcerate Black people are “morally indefensible” to enforce.
“These cases do not belong in criminal court.”
“The punishments are disproportionately harsh, and fall disproportionately on the backs of people of color.”
“This makes them morally indefensible,” Bragg stated on his website.
“This is why I will not prosecute most petty offenses through the traditional criminal court system…”
“I will either dismiss these charges outright or offer the accused person the opportunity to complete a program without ever setting foot in a courtroom.”
“In Manhattan, every single step in the way a case is processed from what someone is charged with, to the plea they are offered, to the sentence they are given, is rife with racial disparities,” Bragg said during the 2021 meeting.
The New York City Police Department released data showing New York City’s Five Boroughs being overrun with a handful of thieves who were arrested over 6,000 times, and released back into the streets.
During the meeting, Bragg also promised he would create a fracture between the New York City Police Department and the Manhattan DA when he was elected.
“For too long the DA’s office has been an adjunct of the NYPD, reflexively processing what they do,” he said.
Bragg added that prosecution should have its own approach and shouldn’t “reflexively” process arrests made by the NYPD.
The statements reflect those from his chief prosecutor, Meg Reiss, who was brought in to Bragg’s office.
Reiss previously bragged about letting violent felons out on the streets, including a murderer, Fox News Digital reported.
Before joining Bragg’s office, Reiss created the Institute for Innovation on Prosecution which suggested prosecutors should intentionally undermine the charges police officers bring forward.
The institute said prosecutors must focus on “acknowledging our nation’s shameful history of slavery and racism which continues to cloud the criminal justice system.”
Bragg’s chief prosecutor has argued for critical race theory ideology to be integrated into the criminal justice system as part of a “new paradigm of prosecution,” while claiming violent criminals are not necessarily “bad dudes.”

Yeah, right, not bad dudes at all!

“74-Year-Old’s Killing Underscores Rise in Attacks on Older New Yorkers – The murder of Maria Hernandez in her Upper West Side apartment reinforced some New Yorkers’ fears that they are not safe aging in the city.”
By Maria Cramer
Feb. 19, 2023
The 911 call came just before 10 p.m. on Jan. 18, a Wednesday.
A woman had found her sister lying face down on the floor of her Upper West Side apartment, her hands and feet bound behind her with yellow and black rope.
The police said that the victim, Maria Hernandez, 74, who lived in a one-bedroom apartment on West 83rd Street, had been robbed and strangled.
Police officers found marks on her neck and bruises on her face, arms and back.
There were signs of severe sexual abuse.
