BREAKING: A source familiar with Trump’s security detail tells @FDRLST that the former and future president’s detail has been asking for beefed-up protection and resources for weeks, but has been rebuffed time and again by Biden’s DHS. DHS, which oversees Secret Service protective detail “wasn’t responsive to those requests” for more resources, the source said. Legit Question: Was Biden’s administration behind the attack, or did it deliberately do everything it could to allow it to happen? Note: the same people who oversee the DHS are the same ones that let in millions of illegal aliens that they are desperately trying to give the right to vote…for Democrats.

Legit Question: Beefed-up protection or not, how was a rooftop with a direct line of sight to Trump not covered? How was a sniper with a full rifle kit allowed to bear crawl onto the closest roof to a presidential nominee???

The Secret Service got there slow, the swat team got there slow. And Why did they keep him on the stage? He should’ve been off of there in two seconds. Yet they stand him up?? For what ??? To give the shooter another shot? Look at the old Reagan assassination attempt. He was out of there in point two seconds. Why didn’t a drone pick him up? Why didn’t another Sniper pick him up????

So, they weaponized the legal system against their chief rival, and that did not work…so, is this Plan B? This is the Deep State.

When you constantly compare someone to Hitler, you are giving the green light for people to do *anything* to stop them.

“The entire display is kind of an act.” That’s not a source describing a Biden speech. It’s a source describing Biden’s private, closed-door meetings with his own Cabinet.

Biden was afforded an opportunity in an interview that aired Thursday on the black Philadelphia radio station 96.1FM to reassure his allies of his competence.

What caught critics’ attention, however, was not Biden’s revisionism, his record of race-based hiring, or his desire to look past the debate, but rather his passing identification as a black woman.

“By the way, I’m proud to be, as I said, the first vice president, first black woman to serve with a black president. Proud to be involved of the first black woman on the Supreme Court,” said Biden. “There’s so much that we can do because, together, there’s nothing — look. This is the United States of America.”

Biden’s disastrous interview aired the day after he met with around two dozen Democratic governors at the White House. According to the Times, when Gov. Josh Green of Hawaii, a doctor, asked the president about his well-being, Biden responded that his health was fine, “It’s just my brain.” Fortunately, he’s staying in the race.

The SAVE Act will safeguard our elections by ensuring only American citizens vote in federal elections. Here’s what the legislation does: Requires state election officials to ask about citizenship before providing voter registration forms. Requires an individual to provide proof of citizenship in order to register to vote in federal elections. Allows state officials to accept a wide variety of documents that will make it easy for CITIZENS to register to vote in federal elections. Provides states with access to federal agency databases so they can remove noncitizens from voter rolls and confirm citizenship for individuals lacking proof of citizenship. Directs DHS to determine whether to conduct removal proceedings if a noncitizen has been identified as having registered to vote in federal elections. Requires DHS to notify a state chief election official whenever an individual has been naturalized to ensure our newest citizens are able to exercise their right to vote.

Meanwhile– the Wisconsin Supreme Court, with its liberal majority, issued a ruling on Friday that reinstates the use of unstaffed drop boxes ahead of the 2024 election.

The courts decision only put in writing what everyone already knew (including you), because the current president was abusing his own power. Immunity for official acts has ALWAYS been the case, with precedent. No changes have been made.1) No one read the latest SCOTUS decision

Every American watching the debate Thursday had to realize, at this point, America is a late-stage empire.

In a devastating blow to the Department of Justice’s criminal prosecution of January 6 protesters, the U.S. Supreme Court today overturned the DOJ’s use of 18 USC 1512(c)(2), the most prevalent felony in J6 cases.

The statute, commonly referred to as “obstruction of an official proceeding,” has been applied in roughly 350 J6 cases; it also represents two of four counts in Special Counsel Jack Smith’s J6-related criminal indictment of Donald Trump in Washington. In a 6-3 decision, Chief Justice John Roberts wrote that the “c2” subsection is tethered to the “c1” subsection that addresses tampering with a record, document, or “object.” The decision means hundreds of Americans have been wrongfully prosecuted by Attorney General Merrick Garland as he insists his department is dedicated to upholding the “rule of law” and pursuing justice “without fear or favor.”

It involves fundraisers, and they’re having conversations about the President’s performance, which they think was abysmal, which they think will hurt other people down the party on the ticket.

They’re having conversations about what they should do about it. Some of those conversations include: Should we go to the White House and ask the president to step aside? Should prominent Democrats go public with that call?”

So the speed with which the Democrats threw Biden under the bus tells you everything you need to know in terms of strategy & planning.

Suddenly the right is no longer “lying” about Biden’s cognitive decline – as if the people with him every day did not already know what the media/pundits are now finally saying. More importantly, who is directing this charade? And what is the end goal? This entire administration defrauded the American people about the condition of the President and in a properly functioning society, this would be a scandal.

BREAKING: Biden Press Secretary claims that the videos of Joe Biden freezing are “cheap fakes” and “manipulated” videos. Bidenworld 2020: the Hunter Biden laptop is fake, and this is a disinformation campaign Bidenworld 2024: videos of Joe Biden are “cheap fakes” and this is a disinformation campaign.

AP and NBC News went to the Biden campaign and the WH Comms team and begged them to give them anything to dispute these unedited clips and all they can say is “cheap fake” and that’ good enough for those reporters: “Disregard uncut footage of POTUS and refer instead to White House-approved videos featuring approx 6 jump cuts” is a helluva thing to hear from the newsrooms that dismissed the Planned Parenthood tapes outright as “selectively edited” and “manipulated” (neither claim was true).

This “cheap fake” stuff is so desperate that it makes me suspect Biden’s decline is getting worse, perhaps with alacrity. It feels more like getting ahead of something that’s coming.

For more than a year, media outlets — specifically, ProPublica — have worked to delegitimize the Supreme Court by suggesting that Alito and Justice Clarence Thomas are guilty of unethical behavior. The biased investigations have uncovered no actual evidence to prove the broadside attacks.

In a secret recording captured at a Supreme Court Historical Society event on June 3 at which progressive “advocacy journalist” Lauren Windsor secretly recorded Alito and his wife at the event by lying to them.

The newest recording was secretly captured by Windsor’s colleague, Ally Sammarco.

In the recording, Sammarco tried to flatter Alito by calling him an “American hero,” a compliment that he rebuffed. She then asked a leading question about why the Supreme Court “is being so attacked and being so targeted by the media these days.”

“Well, I think it’s a simple reason: They don’t like our decisions,” Alito responded.

“And they don’t like how they anticipate we may decide some cases that are coming up. That’s the beginning and the end of it,” he explained. “There are groups that are very well funded by ideological groups that have spearheaded these attacks. That’s what it is.”

When asked for specifics, Alito identified ProPublica.

“ProPublica gets a lot of money, and they have spent a fortune investigating Clarence Thomas, for example. You know, everything he’s ever done in his entire life,” Alito explained. “And they’ve done some of that to me, too. They look for any little thing they can find, and they try to make something out of it. That’s, that’s what it is.”

Alito later added, “I think it’s a dangerous time.”

ProPublica responded to Alito’s criticism in a statement:

ProPublica exposes abuses of power no matter which party is in charge and our newsroom operates with fierce independence. No donors are made aware of stories before they are published, nor do they have a say as to which stories reporters pursue. More than 55,000 donors of every stripe actively fund our investigative, nonpartisan journalism.

To the contrary, ProPublica’s liberal bias and its funding from wealthy liberals is well documented. The self-proclaimed “nonpartisan” outlet, after all, doesn’t publish extensive investigations into the lives of the Supreme Court’s left-leaning justices.

Is this America? Here in the 757, the VABeach GOP chair has been indicted for illegally recording a phone…not making this up.

The internet is in an uproar as a video has gone viral on social media where it appears that our commander in chief may have had an accident on the 80th anniversary of the D-Day invasion in Normandy.

The video shows Biden at the event shaking hands with French President Emmanuel Macron, where he then turns away and bends slightly, as if trying to sit.

Biden then pauses uncomfortably, showing that he’s unclear whether he should be standing or sitting.

While the leftist media has jumped to President Biden’s defense, claiming there’s no evidence of a “poop” bombing France, others are not so sure. The look on France’s First Lady Brigitte Marie-Claude Macron says a lot. Is Biden pooping his pants or trying to sit in an invisible chair? Either way, embarrassing.

NY Judge Merchan, who presided over the Trump hush money case, actually gave the jury a set of ORAL instructions on how to determine guilt that was not based in fact or reality. But the jury happily did as they were told.

Could this be considered an attempt to subvert the upcoming election? The first felony conviction of a former US President wasn’t for the Iraq or Afghanistan wars, illegal CIA coups, drone striking weddings, or spying on Americans…

It was because Trump misclassified a $130,000 payment for a porn star’s NDA.

The infamous Moscow Trials, also referred to as “show trials” were a series of staged court proceedings in the Soviet Union during the Great Purge (1936-1938) used to eliminate political opponents and consolidate Stalin’s power. First directed against “Trotskyists” they were subsequently directed towards members of the “Right Opposition” of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union.

They were public spectacles, carefully designed to highlight the supposed guilt of the accused to warn others against contemplating challenging Stalin’s autocratic regime. They were heavily publicized, characterized by the absence of due process, and were attended by large audiences, including foreign journalists. The evidence presented in court was fabricated by the secret police (NKVD) and included false testimonies, forged documents, and manipulated photographs.

As a reminder, Joseph Stalin, dictator of the Soviet Union 1929-1953, was ultimately responsible for the deaths of between 20 and 60 million of his own people.

The Biden administration has made a U-turn on its policy which previously prohibited Ukraine from attack Russian soil with US-supplied weaponry.

Former Russian president and current Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev has warned that Russian forces could strike back from any point where attacks are launched, including on “NATO specialists” advising Ukraine forces.

“NATO countries that have approved strikes with their weapons on Russian territory should be aware that their equipment and specialists will be destroyed not only in Ukraine, but also at any point from where Russian territory is attacked,” he said on Telegram, according to TASS, also noting that “the participation of NATO specialists could be seen as a casus belli.”

“All their military equipment and specialists fighting against us will be destroyed both on the territory of former Ukraine and on the territory of other countries, should strikes be carried out from there against Russian territory,” Medvedev added in the warning.

He said that contrary to much of the West’s attempts to obfuscate the reality, Ukraine’s long-rage missile systems are actually “directly operated by servicemen from NATO countries.” He said this is tantamount to these countries’ direct participation in the war.

He explained that this raises the specter of major war and confrontation with the West, as in such a scenario where Russia attacks NATO personnel, the alliance would then have to weigh “possible retaliatory strikes… in the context of articles 4 and 5 of the Washington Treaty.“

Politico reported Thursday afternoon, “The Biden administration has quietly given Ukraine permission to strike inside Russia — solely near the area of Kharkiv — using U.S.-provided weapons, two U.S. officials and two other people familiar with the move said Thursday, a major reversal that will help Ukraine to better defend its second-largest city.”

The same official stipulated that the policy of not allowing long-range strikes inside Russia “has not changed.” However, this is surely going to be a distinction without substance or meaning from Russia’s point of view, as it makes attacking Russia’s sovereign territory with US weaponry ‘allowable’ for the first time. Clearly it’s a highly dangerous slippery slope, possibly poking a Nuclear Superpower.

Other NATO countries have been openly advocating for hitting Russia with long-range missiles, and have even approved for Kiev to start doing so in a huge escalation. Denmark has even said it’s fine with Ukraine attacking Russia with Western-supplied F-16 jets.

Ukraine has been complaining that all restrictions need to be taken off if it is to defend against Russia’s recent major offensive in Kharkiv, which was launched from across the border. For example, Russian artillery is able to fire from rear positions within the Belgorod region near the border. It meanwhile remains part of Moscow’s stated aim to push the border deeper into Ukraine to create a ‘buffer zone’ – making it harder for pro-Kiev forces to shell Russian towns and villages.

Even with a broad and unprecedented search warrant, FBI agents did not adhere to the terms of warrant by rummaging through the bedrooms of Melania Trump and Barron Trump.

Most of the current controversy revolves around the Department of Justice’s authorization to use deadly force if necessary that day. Despite widespread outrage that Joe Biden’s DOJ included the language in the pre-raid operations plan, some former federal officials and self-styled conservative “influencers” continue to defend the move as merely representing “standard operating procedure”.

But of course no aspect of the unprecedented, unnecessary, and potentially dangerous raid to allegedly recover classified papers from Donald Trump’s sprawling estate was normal. And dispute over the legality of the warrant and how the raid was conducted is beginning to unfold under the review of U.S. District Court Judge Aileen Cannon in southern Florida.

The Trump-appointed judge is presiding over Special Counsel Jack Smith’s espionage and obstruction indictment against the former president and two co-defendants. But things are going from bad to worse for the special counsel; the case is imploding amid disclosures of mishandled and misplaced evidence and rising discord between Cannon and Smith’s prosecutors.

After asking one of Smith’s prosecutors to “calm down” during a hearing last week, Cannon this week warned Smith that sanctions might be the next step if he continues to violate court rules related to the filing of motions, something she has repeatedly cautioned the special counsel’s office about.

Smith is particularly perturbed that Cannon is thwarting his relentless attempts to keep government motions and evidence under seal, which prompted last week’s news about the use of deadly force policy in the FBI’s raid plan. Cannon recently authorized the unsealing of Trump’s motion to suppress evidence collected during what his attorneys described as the “unconstitutional raid” of Mar-a-Lago. 

The motion included a standard FBI form called a “law enforcement operations order” that agents had prepared in advance of the raid; the document revealed explosive details about the FBI’s plans such as instructing agents to arrive in street clothes without any identifying logo and to carry weapons, ammunition, and handcuffs.

But the motion also provided evidence that the 30-plus armed, incognito agents violated the terms of the search warrant by rifling through the bedrooms of former First Lady Melania Trump and the couple’s only child, Barron, who was 16 at the time.

Gross Violation of the Warrant and the Former First Family’s Privacy

In an August 5, 2022 affidavit, an unidentified Washington FBI special agent asked a judge to authorize the search based on suspicions that Trump was hiding national defense records at his estate. The agent cited grand jury testimony when witnesses identified a few specific areas of Mar-a-Lago where boxes had been stored: the White and Gold Ballroom, a storage room and adjoining room, an entryway and anteroom for Trump’s personal suite, and his office.

Florida Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart signed the warrant over WhatsApp, an encrypted messaging platform, that same day with the following instructions:

“The locations to be searched include the ‘45 Office,’ all storage rooms, and all other rooms or areas within the premises used or available to be used by FPOTUS and his staff and in which boxes or documents could be stored, including all structures or buildings on the estate. It does not include areas currently (i.e., at the time of the search) being occupied, rented, or used by third parties (such as Mar-a-Largo Members) and not otherwise used or available to be used by FPOTUS and his staff, such as private guest suites.”

But that’s not what agents did.

According to an FBI photo log, agents took 43 pictures of the “Former First Lady master bedroom suite” and an additional 30 pictures of what is described as “Binder from Former First Lady’s bedroom.”

Agents also took 26 photos of “child’s bedroom suite lower level.”

Not a single illegal was found in either location.

Smith, however, insists the agents followed the terms of the warrant. In his May 24 motion seeking a gag order to prevent Trump from publicly criticizing agents involved in the case after Trump referred to the lethal force authorization as an attempted assassination plot, Smith said the FBI “conducted the search in an entirely proper manner.” (She denied his motion.)

“‘The warrant authorized the agents to search all ‘rooms or areas’ available to be used by’ Trump where documents could be stored…which included rooms used by family members (emphasis added).”

What kind of lunacy is that? Does Smith really expect Cannon to believe the former president kept government papers including national defense material in his teenage son’s bedroom? Or that he hid nuclear secrets in Mrs. Trump’s armoire?

Why didn’t the FBI agent present those suspicions to Judge Reinhart when seeking the warrant?

Confirmation that agents rummaged around Mrs. Trump’s private space—even boasting about their antics in the bedroom of the “former first lady” rather than use a basic description such as “private suite”—is just the latest scandal tied to this case.

Cannon. for her part, is unlikely to overlook yet another instance of the DOJ breaching professional conduct and the rules to get what it wants. She has not yet ruled on the motion to suppress the Mar-a-Lago evidence and could potentially schedule a hearing into the matter, which may produce more examples of malfeasance before and during the raid.

I can’t think of a better contrast between the candidates for president than these two clips from the last week. Joe Biden went to a commencement at a historically black college. He told them they’re victims and that America is an evil place that will always keep them down. Donald Trump by comparison went to a rally in the South Bronx, a predominantly black and hispanic community, and told them that it doesn’t matter what race you are, “we’re going to pull together as Americans.” Unity vs. division.

MSNBC interviewed immigrants and minorities at the Bronx Trump rally. It did not go as planned for MSNBC: “When you talk to immigrants that are going to these Trump rallies, they agree with his message on immigration. Their point is ‘I did it the right way. I came here legally.’ The sentiment I heard from a lot of voters was ‘We have these immigrants that the city is taking care of in a way that I’ve never felt taken care of by this city.'” The mainstream media is apoplectic that their messaging is backfiring, and only creating more Trump supporters.

Merrick Garland says the authorization to use deadly force in the Mar-A-Lago raid—that you saw with your own eyes in the op order—is “false” and “extremely dangerous”….ummmm, see the unsealed filings posted by Julie Kelly:

Independent U.S. presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and the American Values 2024 super PAC supporting him have filed a lawsuit against Facebook parent company Meta Platforms, accusing the tech giant of interfering in the presidential election after it blocked a political advertisement he posted. The lawsuit filed in federal court in San Francisco on Monday claims Meta censored a 30-minute video about Kennedy’s life by removing it and preventing users on its platforms from watching, sharing or posting a link to it.

A few weeks after the armed FBI raid of Mar-a-Lago in August 2022, the Department of Justice released a stunning photograph depicting alleged contraband seized from Donald Trump’s Palm Beach estate that day; the image showed colored sheets representing scary classification levels attached to files purportedly discovered in Trump’s private office.

Included as a government exhibit to oppose Trump’s lawsuit requesting a special master to vet the 13,000 items taken from his residence, the crime scene pic immediately went viral—just as Attorney General Merrick Garland, who authorized the unprecedented raid, intended. 

However….

New court filings in Special Counsel Jack Smith’s espionage and obstruction case against Trump and two co-defendants conclusively demonstrate that the government used the cover sheets to deceive the public as well as the court. The photo was a stunt, and one that adds more fuel to this dumpster-fire case.

Jay Bratt, who was the lead DOJ prosecutor on the investigation at the time and now is assigned to Smith’s team, described the photo this way in his August 30, 2022 response to Trump’s special master lawsuit:

“[Thirteen] boxes or containers contained documents with classification markings, and in all, over one hundred unique documents with classification markings…were seized. Certain of the documents had colored cover sheets indicating their classification status. (Emphasis added.) See, e.g., Attachment F (redacted FBI photograph of certain documents and classified cover sheets recovered from a container in the ‘45 office’).”

The DOJ’s clever wordsmithing, however, did not accurately describe the origin of the cover sheets. In what must be considered not only an act of doctoring evidence but willfully misleading the American people into believing the former president is a criminal and threat to national security, agents involved in the raid attached the cover sheets to at least seven files to stage the photo.

Classified cover sheets were not “recovered” in the container, contrary to Bratt’s declaration to the court. In fact, after being busted recently by defense attorneys for mishandling evidence in the case, Bratt had to fess up about how the cover sheets actually ended up on the documents.  

Here is Bratt’s new version of the story, where he finally admits a critical detail that he failed to disclose in his August 2022 filing:

“[If] the investigative team found a document with classification markings, it removed the document, segregated it, and replaced it with a placeholder sheet. The investigative team used classified cover sheets for that purpose.”

But before the official cover sheets were used as placeholder, agents apparently used them as props. FBI agents took it upon themselves to paperclip the sheets to documents—something evident given the uniform nature of how each cover sheet is clipped to each file in the photo—laid them on the floor, and snapped a picture for political posterity.

That raises many troubling questions, to say the least, about the FBI’s handling of the alleged incriminating documents.

For example, who made the on-site determination as to the classification level appropriate for each document? Did agents have security clearance and expertise related to classification? Did the agents know whether the document had been declassified by Trump while still in office?

The hasty assessment also appears to contradict Bratt’s statements in court about the classification status of the seized documents. Bratt told Judge Aileen Cannon during a hearing last year that the records were undergoing a classification review, presumably conducted by the intelligence community, to determine the correct level of secrecy. 

Did the final analysis confirm or dispute the assessments by the field FBI agents who conducted the raid?

Missing Paper Trial and Messy Boxes

But Jack Smith might have bigger problems. During the raid, agents took a box in its entirety if it contained papers with classified markings; the box usually contained other items, which is how the FBI ended up with so many of Trump’s personal belongings.

So, in order to flag the location of the alleged classified record in the box, agents, as Bratt noted, used the cover sheets as placeholders. (The classified records were then placed in a separate secure file.)

But now defense attorneys claim, and the special counsel concedes, that some placeholders do not match the relevant document. “Following defense counsel’s review of the physical boxes…and the documents produced in classified discovery, defense counsel has learned that the cross-reference provided by the Special Counsel’s Office does not contain accurate information,” attorneys representing Trump’s co-defendant Waltine Nauta wrote in a May 1 motion.

The motion forced the special counsel to admit the error. “In many but not all instances, the FBI was able to determine which document with classification markings corresponded to a particular placeholder sheet,” Bratt wrote.

In other words, in their zeal to stage a phony photo using official classified cover sheets, FBI agents might have failed to accurately match the placeholder sheet with the appropriate document. This is a potentially case-blowing mistake, particularly if the document in question is one of the 34 records that represents the basis of espionage charges against Trump.

And there is another issue in connection with the cover sheets. Defense attorneys also noted that in at least one instance, the location of the cover sheet in the physical box didn’t match the FBI’s accounting. “[The] sheet…does not appear for several hundreds of pages later than the FBI Index indicated it would. Defense counsel’s review of these materials calls into question the likelihood that the contents of the physical boxes remains (sic) the same as when they were seized by the FBI on August 8, 2022.”

Which Bratt also admitted is an issue. After the boxes were transported from Florida to the hopelessly corrupt Washington FBI field office (another scandalous aspect of the case since the investigation should have been conducted in southern Florida not in another jurisdiction), a private company took scans of the inside of the boxes. But according to the defense team, the current condition of the boxes does not match the scans taken in August 2022. 

Bratt explained that “there are some boxes where the order of items within that box is not the same as in the associated scans.” He then offered a list of excuses including how some “boxes contain items smaller than standard paper such as index cards, books, and stationary, which shift easily when the boxes are carried, especially because many of the boxes are not full.”

It is safe to assume Judge Cannon will not take these new revelations lightly–particularly since Bratt also had to admit in the same filing that he did not tell her the truth when she asked about the condition of the boxes during a hearing last month. On April 12, Cannon directly asked Bratt, “are the boxes in their original, intact form as seized?” Bratt replied yes, but “with one exception, and that is that the classified documents have been removed and placeholders have been put in the documents [place.]”

NEW: Georgia Election Board dumbfounded after finding out that 3,000 ballots were scanned twice in the 2020 election recount in Fulton County. The board also revealed that 380,761 ballot images from machine count were “not available.” Q: Does Fulton County know why there are not 380,761 ballot images from election day? A: As with the investigators we have not been apprised of this allegation. This is the first I’m hearing about it. General counsel for the secretary of state’s office Charlene McGowan confirmed that Fulton County broke the law in their recount. “Fulton County used improper procedures during the recount of the presidential contest in 2020.” Despite this, the board refused to approve further investigation.

Also in Georgia…new voting reform bill in Georgia, just signed by Republican Gov. Brian Kemp, would require all absentee ballots to be tabulated and the results reported on Election Night.

On Monday, Kemp signed SB 189, which makes several significant changes to Georgia’s election procedures. The bill removed some possible conflicts of interest between the secretary of state, the state Board of Elections, and those involved with counting ballots; compels homeless residents to list their county register’s office as their mailing address; prevents voters from using a P.O. box or private mailbox service as proof of residency; and requires individuals who have voted or registered to vote in another state or district to re-register in their original district before they will be allowed to cast a ballot there, WSBTV.com reported.

In Washington….

House Dems just voted UNANIMOUSLY this week to give illegals representation in Congress AND the Electoral College. House Seats and Electoral College votes WILL BE added to areas with the most illegals (including all Biden illegals) unless Senate passes the bill. Invasion by design.

American citizenship means less and less. It take some folks 7 to 10 years to earn citizenship. Dems don’t hide their true colors anymore. They are importing voters for one-party control. This is not constitutional.
